How a Research Campus Is Raising Ethical Questions in 1 North Carolina Town

More than 12,000 residents from a former textile mill town in North Carolina are donating their blood and urine samples to a research campus. Scientists hope to use these specimens to find cures for diseases. But there are ethical concerns around what donors have given away and what, if anything, they will get back in return.
