Caddie Races Add to Wacky Phoenix Open

As if the legendary 16th hole at TPC Scottsdale already didn't have enough zaniness surrounding it, the party people who call it their home for a week every year have added a new revelers' tradition.

It's called the "caddie races," and it just happens to make "The Loudest Hole in Golf" even louder.
