Tressel Must Ensure OSU Isn't Distracted

In the life of a college football coach, the real world can be downright obnoxious at times.

A coach wants his players to concentrate on the opponent at hand. Not next week's opponent or the opponent after that or even the opponent that awaits at the end of the season - for now - but the opponent that is staring them down today. The coach also wants to do the same thing himself. It's a shame the real world can be so rude.

The schedule says Marshall, so he wants to think about Marshall. Not the University of Miami or whether Thursday night games are better than Saturday afternoon games or, uh, a simmering conference scheduling controversy that may end up all but gutting the Ohio State-Michigan game.
