By the top of the seventh, two outs and two strikes on Mike Napoli, they were on their feet and chanting "CC" at the Stadium. Then CC Sabathia threw one more away and Napoli waved at it for strike three. Sabathia threw his left fist in the air, a shot to follow the one he'd just thrown at Napoli. The place exploded. Big game for the big man Friday night. They threw all the money at him so he could throw one like this at this time of year.
